PUBLIC WORKS IN ES FIGUERAL, MARRATXÍ

At Dosmas Grup we continue adding projects that directly contribute to improving the public spaces of Mallorca and the quality of life of its citizens. Currently, our company is carrying out an important public work in Es Figueral, in Marratxí, specifically in the area near the train station, where a very useful action for residents and visitors is being carried out.

The work consists of preparing the land that will later be paved to create a total of 266 parking spaces, an infrastructure designed to respond to the mobility and parking needs of this area. This is an important, practical and necessary action, which will contribute to better organizing the environment and facilitating the daily lives of those who pass through and use this space.

But this work goes beyond the creation of new parking spaces. The project also contemplates the execution of a bicycle lane and a large pedestrian area, thus betting on a more accessible, more comfortable urbanization model better adapted to a balanced coexistence between vehicles, pedestrians and more sustainable forms of mobility.

These types of actions perfectly reflect the importance of a well-planned and well-executed public work. They not only physically transform an environment, but generate real improvements in its functionality, its security and the daily experience of the people who use it.
